Team Development/Building - One (or two) day event

Aim: To understand the stages of team development and provide the appropriate leadership support.

Learning Objectives:
1. Recognise the stages teams go through

2. Develop strategies for managing the     stages of development

3. Helping teams which "get stuck"

4. Creating motivation opportunities to     continually re-energise teams

Workshop Content:
Participants will conduct a personal team "health check audit" to explore, identify and prioritise development potential for their team. Delegates will also learn to apply Tuckman’s stages of team development. We also include the innovative "goals, roles, procedures and relationship" framework which will enable the planning and delivery of appropriate team support, based on "Moxons" theory of team development.
