Team Building - An Innovative Approach (Either a "stand alone" or supplementary to the one day team development event.

Aim: To give teams a dynamic, exciting and memorable experience in team working.

Essentially, the team will make a 4 minute DVD!

The team will need to:
• Plan

• Organise

• Manage a critical time schedule

• Make quick decisions

• Learn and demonstrate brand new skills    (e.g. Direction, production, filming,    sound recording and editing!)

• Work as a team

In order to make a DVD about one of a number of options:
• A corporate promotional
• An advert
• A comedy sketch
• The Office!

After an initial coaching and briefing session, it’s over to the team!
